About us

The Heritage Society is a luxury resale boutique based in Honolulu, Hawaii, founded by the Miller and Correa families. We sell authenticated pre-owned and vintage designer pieces through thshi.com and through live auctions on Whatnot.

What we sell

Everything we sell is pre-owned, vintage or consigned — we are a reseller, and nothing in our catalogue is new. Condition is described in each listing, and pieces marked “(as-is)” carry disclosed wear. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Each piece is one of a kind.

Authentication

Every piece is authenticated before listing. We do not list anything we cannot stand behind. See the authenticity guarantee in our Refund Policy.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Where we show a retail comparison figure, it is the piece’s original recommended retail price and is given for reference — it is not a claim about current market value or resale value.

Live auctions

Bids placed in a Whatnot live show are binding and are governed by Whatnot’s terms in addition to these. Lots open at $1 and the final price is set by bidding.

Society membership

Society membership is by invitation and granted at our discretion. Membership may carry member pricing, early access and member-only events. We may change or withdraw member benefits, and we may decline or revoke a membership.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for activity under your account. Signing in uses a one-time code sent to your email address — there is no password to manage.

Consignment

Consigning with us is covered by a separate consignment agreement. Nothing here replaces it.

Acceptable use

Please do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or scrape or reuse our photography and descriptions without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.
