We ship from Honolulu, Hawaii, to the United States and internationally.
Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
United States
- Free shipping on orders of $1,000 or more
- Standard — USPS, calculated at checkout by weight and destination
- Express — $15 flat
International
Calculated at checkout via USPS or DHL Express, depending on destination.
Transit times
US Standard is typically 3–7 business days and Express 1–3; international is usually 7–21 days depending on destination and customs. Shipping from Hawaii adds a little time compared with the mainland.
Tracking and insurance
Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned. Every piece ships insured for its full sale value, and orders require a signature on delivery.
Customs and duties
International buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the item price or the shipping cost, and we cannot estimate them for you.
Lost or damaged in transit
Email aloha@thshi.com and we will open a claim with the carrier and look after you while it is resolved.
